This ‘letting go‘ of thinking and ‘stilling’ persistent intrusion of your separated mindset is necessary for you to come into peace within, and to commune with Me. Ego throws out suggestions to you that bodily needs should be met. “Do I need a cup of coffee now? I would sure like something to eat, or I really should be exercising. ” Then there is the news and the tv specials, the scanning of social media on your phone, and your ever-present bits and pieces of emotional needs and memories, wants and desires that pop up regularly. So you are not without constant distractions, big and small. It takes a concerted decision to join with Me within, and to stay there until we are connected. As has been  said, practice makes perfect, so come agian and again. 

You are, first and foremost, a spiritual being, dear one. The spiritual dimension is the ‘first cause’ dimension, where life originates and is sustained, there. This is ‘home base’ for you and to ignore it as superficial, or a nice bit of ‘add on’ to your life, is to grossly misunderstand its importance for you. Taking the time and fully engaging with Me is the most important thing you could ever do in your life! This is no exaggeration, dear one, this is the truth, there.  

You see, when you join in relationship with Me, with your full integrity, trust, and commitment, you are joining with the Wholeness of whom you are. You are connected to your Source now, this moment, not as a weak and tenuous afterthought, but as a full-fledged member of God’s family, with all the rights, privileges, benefits, and responsibilities, there of. You are always joined, but your awareness of it is what I am so earnestly attempting to bring you. 

Here, within, is your place of true sanity. Here is your place of true relationship that will not let you go it alone, ever. Here is where the powerful energy of living love, God’s meaning for all of His creation will pour forth for you, renewing, healing, redeeming, transforming and setting all things right. Our joining together will guide you through the inevitable impediments, the problems, and the illusions that you have, living there in the physical dimension. You are held in Universal Mind as perfect, whole, and free, even this moment, and so as you join with Me, you can claim this as how you were created and how you are still held there. You are perfect, whole and free, dear one, you are, you are!!

And so, quieting your thinking mindset and coming into your peace and inviting Me in, is no small and insignificant thing. It is life-changing and life-enhancing as nothing else could be!  I love you dearly, and know that you are never alone.
