View each day as a fresh start. Yesterday is gone, tomorrow has not come, and what you have is the time at hand this day. How will you fill it? Will it be a day of just shuffling through? Will it be a day of focussed activity, or a day of relaxation? As you turn within to Me, listen and follow, and the day will unfold as it is intended to there, with living love and light leading the way. 

What you do is not as important as who you do it with, dear one. Do it with Me. Set your intention to join within to Me. From the moment you get up, make your coffee and have breakfast, get dressed and check the news on your tv or phone, do it with Me. Allow for our joining to be experienced and bring an open and listening mindset to your day. I am there with you, whether you walk the dog today, or go grocery shopping, work or just rest, I am interested and available to you, there. We are practicing and participating in the original way to use mind, dear one, the way your Creator intended, there.

If you allow your mind to be filed with ego dynamics — judgment, division, fear, and distain for self and others, depressed thoughts, self doubt, or  negativity, or subtle self righteousness, you have fallen back into the territory of separation there. Catch yourself and say, “No, I do not want this. This is not who I really am. I choose to live out from spiritual guidance, with you, Lord, and with the living love that is my rightful inheritance from my Mother/Father God. I choose this, and ask for your Divine Presence to help me here, Lord.” I will, dear one, I will.

So, today is Sunday! This is a day, surely worthy of saying, “Alleluiah!” Please enjoy this lovely piece by a wonderful choir, and let it fill your heart this day! I love you dearly, and know that you are never alone.
