You are never alone...

The isolation self-imposed these days, to escape being infected with the virus, is causing many to feel deeply lonely and depressed. Before covid, there would have been Christmas parties and celebrations, family get togethers, friends dropping by, and church services to attend — a myriad of rich social interactions. Now the days go by with the same lonely at-home routines. Many escape to their tv’s,  phones, or computer screens. Here, they are confronted with even more grim statistic of increasing covid infections and related deaths, or mind-numbing news and so-called entertainment, which gets old very fast. Isolation is even more emphasized as an important and necessary way to prevent spread. Fear and trepidation increasingly are added to loneliness. The vaccine does provide hope.

As I have said so many times in these pages, truly, you are never alone! I am with you there within to join you and to accompany you all along the way. No virus, nor recommendation from medical or governmental authority, can separate us from our togetherness. As given in the Bible, this verse says it all. “ For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” We are inextricably intertwined, dear one, and I will never leave you, there. Our relationship is spiritual, but that doesn’t mean that it can’t be real and significant in your life.

I will talk with you and guide you more appropriately than any of your flesh and blood brothers and sisters, though I am not devaluing their relationship and input to you at all. I have the Transcendent as my viewpoint and I see where you are in your life. My love for you is pure and without any caveats or conditions. Together, we will weather the storms of your life and joy in the good times. Indeed, there will be joy all the time, for the sheer presence of our relationship gives us this joy!  Turn within to Me now, dear one, and  let us go forth together,  knowing that living love, God’s meaning, will lead the way forward for us. I love you dearly, and know that you are never alone!
