You will get better and better at this, as you recognize right away, that the anger, the affront, the disruption that is being triggered in you is your ego jumping on its train to derail you of your peace and well being.  It seeks to beat down the foundation of love on which you are firmly grounded. It feeds on your upset and wants to further this dislodging of security and comfort in your spiritual connection. It wants to retaliate at the one who offended you and put them down in some way. It is feeding on your agitation and discomfort so that it will grow and take over. Remember, it is nothing but a system of defenses and not a real presence, though it would have you believe it is who you are.

Right away, dear one, recognize this as a system of lies that could never dislodge you from your truth. A momentary lapse perhaps, but right away come to Me and I will put the situation into perspective there. Together, we will return to peace and tranquillity. Now you may be guided to not interact with that one who offended you any more, or at least for a while. You do not deserve and shoud not be treated as dung to be stepped on, ever. Each situation will be different, but as you turn within to Me, you are turning to your right Mind, your truth, and your joined with Source connection. Here is where living love will flow forth and the power of this redeeming love will renew and transform there, as nothing else could. 

Conviction into your truth will increase and as your anger and upset dissipate, and as you return to peace, you will know that nothing can disrupt the solid foundation of love that is who you are and the deep conviction into your spiritual heritage as a child of your Maker.  Do not wallow in the ego’s soup of defenses. Recognize them right away and return to Me. You have heard the term ‘revenge is sweet,' but is it really, dear one, is revenge really the answer? I can tell you that  when I was convicted and sentenced to death on the cross, revenge did not enter My mind. ‘Father, forgive them for they know not what they do,’ was My response. I was in My peace, joined with My Father, even in the throws of cruxifixction. And so, when you recognize your ego’s defenses spurting forth, return to Me and let us open the flood gates of living love and its power to set all things right! I love you dearly, and know that you are never alone.
