No matter how much you may ‘will' the day to go a certain way, or an encounter, or even the flow of a daily message, it is 'God’s will' that must be followed. It may mean that this day your routine may be  different from yesterday. It is not for spiritual guidance to be predictable in the way you would expect your cat to jump into your lap, or in the way you expect a phone call. 

Not that spiritual guidance is whimsical in any way. I have said I will be with you always, and I am. But in taking our relationship for granted, a ho-hum experience, there is a tendency to dismiss the relevance of it and the importance it has for you. There is an assumption that, like turning on the stove, or pressing a button, the heat will turn on. 

Now what I am saying here is that there is a certain ‘ honoring'  of what we share together that is called for. There is a certain reverance and recognition that what is to unfold calls for trust and an openness to the flow of life, and your experience in it. Even gentle ‘demandingness’ is from self will, dear one, prevents your peace, and gets in the way of ‘hearing' from the Voice for Truth. 

Today, the message to post will be simply a call for everyone to let go of self will and open to God’s will. Open to the flow of lived experience and what will come forth from guidance as the day unfolds. Let us not ‘box in’ the way we experience guidance, i.e. sitting in a chair with our eyes closed, etc. though there is nothing wrong with this. Let us open to what will be learned as we live life with trust.  Know that you are never alone and that you are loved dearly. Enjoy this day and know ‘right knowing' and ‘spiritual insights’ will come in the way God wills for you.
