You need not respond to the incantations of the ego. It is truly not who you are. The separated mindset or the ego, in its attempt to stay viable, will enhance those meanings that make you feel 'less than.’ The ego will input to you why you should feel bad about yourself, play up bodily aches and pains, and feed the smoldering dislike or hatred of others, or of your circumstances. It plays up the brokenness you may feel about yourself and your situation. It plays the blame game, the guilt game, and the fear game, mightily. 

This system of defense knows that if you do not use it, you will loose it. It is a cunning player posing as a real presence, as who you really are. This is your habituated thinking, dear one, and can be dismissed as you practice coming out from the joined mindset, from our togetherness there, from the Transcendence of you. 

You must learn to recognize the ego in all its subtlety. Remember, the ego functions in separation, so you must let that go and join with Me or your own spiritual guide within.  You must invite in the Wholeness of you, the Transcendence of you, which is never separate there.  Because the ego is so habituated, it will take practice and persistence and awareness on your part to fully understand how it dominates your mind. But you will get it and you will dismiss it and turn within Me for your truth, your true mindset, who you really are. 

The ego’s subtlety will seem as just normal day to day thinking, but underneath the seeds of discord, of defense, are sown. It wants not your peace, nor your awareness that there is another way to use mind. It will rail against this, dear one, and urge you to give up your search for God within, and the spiritual mindset of joining with Me. It will insinuate this as hogwash. Of course, for this eradicates its viability. 

How wonderful to know that this false and faulty mindset, this defense system is an imposter made up as humankind abandoned Source there, and not who you are! You are so much more, dear one. You are a direct inheritor, a child of your Maker and He has left nothing of Himself away from His Own. Join with Me and open to God’s meaning of living love moving in and through you, making all things right, and filling you with joy. Fresh and new and full and complete. Let ego’s definitions go, dear one, and claim your birthright as a child of your Maker. Live joined with Me and with your truth. I love you dearly, and know that you are never alone.
