The dictionary defines a mystic as ‘a person who seeks by contemplation and self-surrender to obtain unity with or absorption into the Deity or the absolute, or who believes in the spiritual apprehension of truths that are beyond the intellect.’ I can tell you that those who turn inward and join with Me are mystics, for they have sought the truth through our union — union with the transcendent, the spiritual reality, the divinity of who they are. 

Let us take the word mystic off the list of fringe ones or those who somehow are different from others, there. Let us rightfully own the heritage of mysticism as a part of who we are, as we earnestly seek the truth and claim our relationship, our unity with the Divine. 

We can unite with the divine, for divinity is our heritage as children of God. You are divine, dear one, no matter how hard you will fight against this and disclaim it as the truth of you. You are not the sinner you have been led to believe as the primacy of you. What you have termed as ‘sin’ is truly ignorance, living from the separated mindset, the ego, and the consequences thereof — not the reality of who you really are! 

A mystic may dedicate his or her time focussing on telling others and sharing what they have come to know, or a mystic may be a mother, father, teacher, builder, store clerk or any number of jobs and professions.  Anyone who ‘lets go’ of the separated mindset and joins with Me is engaging in mysticism. Allow yourself to acknowledge this and embrace this increased understanding of yourself, dear one. This can be done in a quiet way, without calling undo attention to yourself. Together, we will lead the contemplative life, in quiet joining, and let the truth that I give you lead you ever onward. The light of living love will light our way and you will be God’s meaning as you, His point of love and light right where you are, blessing others and lessoning the density of the illusion of separation. You will be doing your part in awakening the people of the planet to whom and what they truly are — divine beings and One with their Source, always. I love you dearly, and know that you are never alone.
