Expecting the good...

Tuesday, February 9, 2021

We know that our Creator, Universal Mind has nothing but our best interest at heart. Why then, do we often carry our mindsets as if expecting ‘the other shoe to drop.’ If we are experiencing too much happiness and too much bounty in our lives, we somehow suppose that what is bad, misfortunate, or ‘the down side,’ must now happen to balance out the good. We cannot envision a steady stream of beneficence, bounty, and blessings. I’m here to tell you to expect the good, dear one, expect the good, always!

Now this does not mean that we give up our clear vision, our discernment, nor that we have a superficial and pollyanna approach to life. No, indeed, for we must carry our mindset with astute vision to discern what choices to make. We must turn inward always to gain the benefit of direct spiritual guidance from Me or from one’s own spiritual guide. The scribe experienced this as she was victim to a scam and felt really taken in, humiliated in her gullibility.  She had neglected to talk with Me and raced ahead right on into it. In reflection, I told her to view it as a university level lesson in life, and that what she learned was much greater than what was lost in the scam. The scammer is a created being also and loved by God, but living from ego, and in ignorance of who and what he is and the harm that he has caused—so forgiveness is called for. He will reap what he has sown.

Soon the country will be going through a trial of one who is also ignorant of who and what he is. Our country will be getting a university level lesson in how to discern right from wrong and how to make choices. Even here, let us expect the good for our country and let us forgive he who is also a child of God and who has lived in ignorance there, causing harm to others.  He will reap what he has sown. Living love will heal all wounds.  Expect the good, dear one, and know that you are never alone.
