Healing the Divide

There is a call for healing,

The wound that’s open wide,

Because the nation can’t agree,

Which foments the divide.

The system of two parties,

The way the nation’s split,

Leaves half the nation angry,

Some ‘foaming at the bit.’

Beyond just disagreement,

There’s hatred with intent,

To harm or hurt opponents,

Destructive rage hell-bent.

Is healing even possible,

With such a fissure there?

What could ever heal the gap,

Could bridge, unite, repair?

There is an answer to this gap,

This chasm of our land,

I’m here within to help each one,

To help you understand.

A change of heart will happen,

If some or more find peace,

And open to My guidance,

Hardened hearts will cease.

I’ll tell you of God’s love, there,

Its power to make right,

It functions as God’s meaning,

Heals hatred’s harmful blight.

I’ll tell you of its power,

Underestimated there,

There’s nothing that it cannot do,

No wrong it can’t repair.

This living love’s our birthright,

Not just for the chosen few,

It is our true inheritance,

Within, it’s there for you.

Why not use love’s energy,

More powerful than the sun,

And yield to God’s Great Purpose,

Awakening All as One.

One Movement of Creator,

God’s truth in All will be,

I’ll guide you to your Oneness,

Please turn within to Me.

In closing let Me say, dear,

Something you have known,

I am with you always,

You are not alone.
