Not One Regret

Lord, thank you for your Presence, 

For taking steps with me, 

For being with me, always,  

I feel such love for Thee. 

You’ve pulled me through some tough times, 

Such errors I have done, 

You’ve pulled me from the mire, 

Then hugged this muddy one. 

Your love has meant so much, Lord

How empty life would be.

You’re more than just a friend, Lord,

You’re life, itself, to me. 

We’ve taken on this mission, Lord,

And I bear witness, true,  

To tell others that you’re with them,

Directly there, are you. 

I write words from you daily,

We post them on the site,

It’s you and I together,  

You tell me, and I write.

It’s been a life with purpose, 

Not one regret have I,

My joy is being with you, 

Lord, with love, I cry. 

These tears are from the heart, Lord, 

I weep because I know,

What we’re telling others, 

Will heal the lonely soul.

Tears and smiles mixed, Lord, 

You bring them all to Me, 

Thank you for what you’ve given,

I give myself to Thee.
