Have you awakened from a restless sleep and are aware that you are tired and are going to have a low energy day? Have you had strong coffee in hopes it will perk you up? Why is it that some days there is less motivation to get on with things, and a desire to just lay low? Do you feel a distance from Me this day?

“Is it the weather?”you ask yourself. "Are the clouds overhead keeping me from feeling energized?” Let Me tell you that just as the weather has cycles, your body too, has low points and high points, ebbs and flows of energy. This does not necessarily signify that you are sick or off in any way. It is just a low energy day, and will pass as you rest there.  

 And so, yield to it and, if you can, lay low. Allow for rest and relaxation and do not force yourself to do what you are not inclined to do. This does not mean you are lazy, nor does it mean that you are ill, it just is a call for a day of rest. Do not let the ego, the separated mindset,  throw its prescription out to you, as it is not in the healing business, but will do what it can for you to dismiss your guidance with Me. It will whisper insidiously, “Jesus is not the answer, for you still feel like a bump on a log. Where is the joy He keeps talking about?”  

Remember, living love is always at work, healing, redeeming, transforming, and renewing there.  Remember that always, I am there with you as you turn within to Me. On those low energy days, just relax and stay in tune and in touch with Me. Today, we are joined together in peace, dear one, and remember, I love you mightily, and know that you are never alone!   

Come to Me, Lord

Come to me, Lord,

I yearn for thee,

For my Completeness—

Our harmony.

Come to me, Lord,

I know you’re so near,

Somehow I’m blocking—

Unable to hear.

Come to me, Lord,

I’m questioning you,

Why is there distance?

What did I do?

Have I lived badly?

Did selfishness rule?

Have I been lazy? 

Ignorant? Cruel?

Nothing is wrong, dear,

Just find peace, within,

Quiet your thinking,

Your doubts — ego’s spin.

The ego’s at work there,

Its now playing you,

Feeding you garbage—

None of its true. 

Dismiss this intruder—

This defensive mindset,

You need no defending,

With Love, needs are met!

I’m with you always,

So stay close to Me, 

In quiet we’re bonded,

In Love’s harmony. 

Brush doubts away, dear,

Let joy fill your heart,

I’ll never leave you.

Never, we’ll part! 

Thank you, dear Lord,

Right now, I do hear,

Your coming in loudly—

 And lovingly clear!
