When Life is Near Full Circle

When life is near full circle, 

When the end is becoming clear,

There comes a time of life review, 

Memories pop up — appear. 

Something long forgotten,

May suddenly arise, 

A tender word remembered,

Brings teardrops to your eyes. 

Met many ones along the way, 

A few have passed time’s test, 

They’ve shared both joys and sorrows,

With these you’ve been so blest.  

An insight dawned upon you,

That opened vistas new,

Remembered now, as life-changing,

Brought new hope, new life to you. 

The circle had a break point,

When I came into view,

Life measured now as before and aft,’

Transformed were you — brand new! 

Since then, we’ve been together, 

Life’s been a journey sweet, 

We’re joined as One with Source, there,

Each day, with love, we meet.

Your life on earth will end, dear,  

Let go of any fear, 

I’m right there in your circle,

My love for you is here.

These poems about the end, dear,

Are here to prepare you,

I know surprise not welcome, 

Gently, I’ll move you through.  

You’ve time to feel completion, 

You harbor no regret,

We’ll continue with these writings,

Your life contract — well met. 

Let’s close this poetic writing, 

Now let’s enjoy the day, 

I am with you always,

We’re One, in love, God’s way.
