Are you feelng some anxiety these days? Does fear seem to be rearing its unsettling head? Sometimes you know, but often you can’t even understand why these ‘downer’ feelings seem to pop up. You question if you have a mental illness that needs medication. If things are going well, you wonder ‘when the other shoe will drop.’ Life can’t be too good, or something must happen to bring the good down. It is hard to accept the idea that good could always be there for you.  

Problems do arise in life, that is for sure. My involvement with you does not mean that you will not have problems to face. I am not the erasure of problems, but I am the One who joins you in how to deal with what unfolds there for you. My guidance does provide a way through, and  direct communication in how to avoid much that is not helpful to you. My relationship with you is so helpful in the calming and peaceful approach it provides for you. You have heard the phrase, ‘blessed assurance,’ and that is truly what you can count on with Me. 

Your joining with Me within, with the Transcendence of you, is the solidarity that you can count on, dear one.  I am there always, to guide you, love you, and provide that peaceful and calming Presence so valuable and necessary to you in your life.  You needn’t feel blown about emotionally, as life’s storms show up. There are high tides, and there are low tides, dear one. We’ll get through it all together. God has given you His meaning, that of living love which has renewal and transformation as its function there. Join with Me, and I will open the doors to this love and it will flow through with all its power and magnificence, there. This is the perfect love that casts out fear, dear one. Join with Me and experience what is so wonderfully there for you. I love you dearly, and know that you are never alone. 

A Ship at Sea

Are you like a ship at sea,

With wind and sun and sky,

As overhead the seagulls sing,

And dolphins swim nearby.

No matter how delightful,

You think this life might be,

A ship out on the ocean,

Needs a destiny. 

A ship without a harbor,

Without a landing place,

Becomes a watery prison,

A lost and lonely space.

Life needs a solid mooring, 

A landing place secure,

A solid firm foundation,

And that is why I’m here.

I am that solid mooring,

I am your refuge there,

That solid firm foundation,

So that you can bear,

The storms that life might give you,

The ego’s subtle blows,

The dips and turns, the ins and outs.

The high points and the lows. 

I am the light that leads you,

And Love will light our way,

I am the mighty fortress,

Your haven for each day. 

So if you wander lonely,

And feel as tossed around,

I’m right within to guide you,

To firm and loving ground. 

I am your harbor and your light

No longer lost at sea,

We’re moored together, always,

As One, eternally.  

Lastly, let Me say, dear,

Words which you have known,

I love you deeply always,

You are not alone.
