How easily your minds fill with worries and upset about this and that. You may be wondering how to solve a big problem, or you may be consumed with all the little struggles that seem to beset you. You worry about other people’s problems, too—those you love who are friends or family. Health and financial concerns loom large. Some perseverate over the problems of the country and the world. It’s as if a dark cloud were always hanging over your heads, or a swarm of hornets were there, buzzing about with intent to descend. The stress of this mindset takes its inevitable toll, dear one.  What is one to do? 

A way to start is to sit down, breathe deeply, and clear your mind. Let these bits and pieces of thoughts, emotions, fears, etc.,  go, as like flotsam heading down a stream to be released and let go of as they pass by. In your mind, follow that stream to a place where it flows into a placid and lovely lake, where there is still and quiet water. Not a ripple disturbs the peace. 

Nothing disturbs your mind-space. It is quiet and empty, as you invite in and feel, your deep peace. Get to know this peaceful place well, for it is truly the Holy Sanctuary of your mind where we can commune together, dear one. Here, as you ask Me in, is where we will join as One, and open to the transcendent mindset, providing God’s true meaning to you.

 Here is where living love flows through and points the way forward there. I am here to talk with you, dear one, and guide you to joy and happiness. You have found a lasting and real friend at last, and you will now go forward joined with One who loves you dearly, and knows next steps to take in your life. Anxiety be gone! Fear be gone! The ego mindset of separation, be gone! I am the way, the truth, and the life, dear one, and I am here, at the door to your transcendence within,  and will lead you to your righteousness, i. e. to rightness, truth and peace. I love you dearly, and know that you are never alone.

Be Still and Know

Be still and know that I am there,

Let your anxiety go,

Let not your heart be troubled,

I’m here, for you to know.

Know that I love you deeply,

Know that I really care,

Know that what e’re befalls you,

You’re not alone to bear,

The ego’s deliberate pitfalls,

Its slight of hand, its snares,

A trickster and a liar—

Sheep’s clothing’s what it wears.

My Presence is not earned there,

No payment will there be,

I’m not yours as transaction —

No 'tit for tat’ for Me. 

If cost is not a question,

No price and no demand,

Why not open to Me,

Why not take My hand?

Why not find your peace there,

Find stillness, so you may,

Invite Me in to guide you —

To help you find the way. 

The way to truth is through Me,

Alone, it can’t be found,

You must join with Transcendence,

With Spirit, truth is bound.

Truth is what you’re after—

Who you really are,

Joined with God forever,

His Point of Light, His Star. 

If ego’s never chosen,

Instead, you choose for Me,

You’ll waken to your Oneness,

What joy, for All, you’ll see. 

Right now, I ask you, dear one,

My arms are open wide,

Come home to where your love is,

In peace, let us abide.
