If you feel unloved by those who are supposedly near and dear to you, there is an answer to this feeling of disregard, this feeling of heavy-heartedness, this feeling of left-outness. First, remember that you are deeply loved by Me, not in a generic way, but personally, intimately, you are loved by Me. Remember that the love you give and share, that pours through you, is the love that you will be bathed in — that you will receive, yourself. There is no value in wallowing in self pity, nor is there value in distancing yourself from those ones, nor is there any value in hardening your heart, dear one.  

The ego, your separated mindset, feeds on self-pity and self-righteousness, and will look for opportunities to tell you that you are justified in your response. It will bring you down as you let it there. Why? Because your engagement with it ensures its survival and that is its purpose. It is a defense mechanism that defends its own territory of separation at all costs. Turn inward to Me and the Joined with Source Mindset, and together, we will renew a right spirit within you and fill you with the loving and grateful energy that is the truth of who you are. As the Psalmist says,” Create in me a clean heart, Lord, and renew a right spirit within me." 

Now if you find yourself alone much of the time, and many do, know that your aloneness could never be, for you are never alone! You have Me and you have a host of others on the spiritual plane who are with you, to love you, care for you, and give you the needed help that you ask for. You have companionship aplenty, dear one, so feel into Our Presence there with you and joy in the knowing mindset that fills you with love and the  joy-filled fullness of being. 

Perhaps this is a great day for a walk or an outing of some sort. The beauty of God’s creation is always a place of rejuvenation as you let it in. Let us joy in the deep-breathing-in of fresh air and feeling sunshine breaking through the clouds warming your face. Let us hear the sweet call of the birds and the sound of the breeze whispering through the trees. A smile will return to your face and you will know that I am with you there fully, dear one—that you are not alone ever. I love you intimately and deeply and will be there with you always!

Belonging

Do you have a weak attachment, 

To parents, siblings, kin?

Do you feel unvalued,

On the outside, looking in?

Does your life make a difference, 

Would anyone be sad?

If your life suddenly ended,

Would some even feel glad?

There’s One who loves you dearly,

Cares deeply and is there, 

Values you completely, 

A Friend, beyond compare.

I love you without question,

As One, we’re meant to be,

We belong together, 

In perfect harmony.

Turn within to Me, dear,

I’m waiting eagerly,

It’s here that you’ve arrived at home, 

You’re loved, entirely.

You’re not meant to live solo,

Alone, no more, you’ll be,

My love is like a bridge there,

Cross over, join with Me. 

Your heart will be filled up there,

Your love will overflow, 

Spilling out to others, 

At last, for sure, you’ll know.

You could never be left out, dear,

Exclusion’s not God’s aim,

He knows you as His own child,

He calls you by your name. 

Open to My Presence, 

Now’s the perfect time,

We’re joined as One, together,

True relationship, sublime. 

In closing, let Me tell you,

What you, deep down, have known,

I am with you always, 

You are not alone!
