No Defense Needed

The carrying out of justice,

For those who break the law,

Carries a heavy sentence,

Huge penalties, they draw.

Yet even those found guilty,

Are not shunned or held apart,

I'm there within for each one,

To offer a new start. 

They, too, are One with God, there,

And as they ask Me in,

Ego’s mind’s let go of,

And ‘undoing’ can begin. 

Undoing the defenses,

False understandings, there, 

Healing separation,

Letting love repair. 

Fear will be released there, 

Vanished, all that’s wrong,

And there within, love’s music,

Sings redemption’s song. 

Clearing out the cobwebs,

Removing ego’s spin,

Living love makes clear to you,

Who you’ve always been.

All issue forth from God there,

Share One heredity,

Each one a son or daughter,

Held perfect, whole, and free. 

God moves as One Great Wholeness,

Inclusiveness the call,

No matter what you’ve done there, 

You are One with All. 

I see you not as sinner,

But who you really are,

One with God your Maker, 

His Own, His shining star.

In closing I will tell you,

Perhaps you‘ve never known,

I’m with you and and I love you,

You are not alone!
