It Takes a Leap of Faith

Today, let us look at a situation that frequently confronts people. You are presented with an opportunity that may require putting yourself out there, using your finances, or stretching yourself in some way that you may think is uncomfortable. And so, you turn to guidance and get the green light , the ‘go ahead’ with it , and yet, it still requires a leap of faith to follow through. 

I am here to encourage you to take the leap and trust that what unfolds will be, for you, a good thing, a wise thing, and perhaps, a necessary step in your greater unfolding there. The scribe is faced with that at this time. It involves travel abroad and would, she thinks, stretch her in several uncomfortable ways.

 I have told her to go for it, put the money out for the passport and have faith. She is at that cross roads now. She wonders if she is to old for such extensive travel and if her finances will be greatly depleted. She plays the ‘what if’ scenario in her mind which reinforces limitation.

 I m here to counter that with the ‘go for it’ mindset, that  ‘trust in the newness’  mindset there. And I encourage all of you to trust that what is given, even though it holds potential for what you perceive as problems, to go for it and trust. 

Turn to Me and if you are told to go ahead, do it, dear one, do it!  Now is the time to venture into the larger unfolding and let not your mindset of caution hold you back. Are those things that you fear really barriers, or are they ego intrusions into your mind to cause division and smallness there. 

I would say, enlarge your mind, trust, and enjoy the wonderful unfolding that will emerge there. I am with you through it all, and together, we will delight in what unfolds for you. Go for it, and take the leap. I love you dearly, and know that you are never alone. 

It Takes A Leap of Faith

When guidance seems at odds, dear,

With what makes common sense,

When what I say seems risky,

And you feel uptight; tense, 

It’s time to join and ask Me, 

Why this way to go?

Lord, I need more input, 

Need clarity to know,

Why this course of action?

Will I have to pay the price?

I do have faith and trust, Lord,

Will faith and trust, suffice?

I fear that I’ll be left with, 

A choice that might be wrong,

Then picking up the pieces,

I’ll sing a sorry song. 

Yet I know from past experience, 

That following what you say,

Truly was the wisest choice, 

Turned out the perfect way! 

Remember, dear, I’m looking,

From the Infinite View, 

I see who all’s affected, 

It’s truly not just you.

The guidance that I give you,

Fulfills your mission’s call,

It’s where you’ll find fulfillment, 

God’s gift in helping All. 

It takes a leap of faith, Lord,

I’m ready to jump high,

The light of love will leadeth, 

Together we will fly, 

Across the pit of fear, lord,

Beyond the skeptics hills,

Over the sea of doubt, Lord, 

We’ll land right where God wills. 

I see your open arms, Lord,

I leap in faith to You,

Wherever, Lord, You lead me. 

I know ’twill be what’s true. 

In closing, Lord, I’m thankful,

For your Presence so well known, 

We’re bound in love forever, 

With  You, I’m not alone!
